As we have asked many times in the past, we're looking for a new way to run team championships. If anyone has suggestions that we can consider, please let us know.

It seems the one we settled on (for the last couple seasons) works pretty well, but it never hurts to consider other options.

We could do a Manufacturer Championship where a certain manufacturer ie. Toyota, Ford, Pontiac, etc. I feel, personaly, there are too many teams in the league. Again this is just a opinion of mine and not taken seriously. Anyway a Manufacturer Championship would be a interesting thing in the mix of the series.

Practice makes perfect.

We already have a manufacturers championship, go to the bottom of the standings page. Bad news, Chevy wins every year because the overwhelming amount of drivers race Chevy here. lol

We have actually restricted teams to 3 drivers each because there were, are, too few teams and there was 0 competition in the standings. Interesting that you felt there were too many. I'm curious what makes you think that? Perhaps we can fix it.

When you select your team, I see teams for different series ie. Legends, Patch, etc. from previous years. My suggested would be to delete some of the older teams that have not been used for years. Example soule be the DRT Team that was founded in 2013 for the Legends MOD and hasn't been used since (or at least I believe.) So case in point, either organize the teams per series or delete every team each year and have them re-submit the team to decrease confusion. This is only a suggestion.

Ah, ok. I thought you meant there were too many teams racing right now. I see what you mean about the huge list when signing up. They can't be deleted because the site needs them for the past series/seasons. But I'll see what I can do about making that list smaller when signing up. I'll probably come up with some kind of active/inactive list.

I one more thing, I need suggestions for a team to join for the 2018 season. I don't think I will run for Team Crunchyroll or if can find people to create my own team for this year.

You are not obligated to run for Team Crunchyroll.

If you want to start your own team, just let us know the name and we will add it.

Monster614 is still without a team also, perhaps you two can get together and start a team. But as Grumpy said, you don't need to race under your 2017 team and you can change your team up until you start your first race in a particular season of each season.

I've added a method of marking teams and manufacturers as "active". This has enabled us to significantly reduce the number of teams and manufacturers displayed to drivers when signing-up for a series to those that are relevant or still around.
