Viagra6car earned his 13th career pole at the new Jennerstown Speedway Thursday night, now leading 2nd place all-time Efgordon by 8 poles...as Ef started outside of row 1. Viagra6car held the lead from the start as Reef moved up from 3rd to challenge the 6 car to the inside line. Reef was unable to complete a pass though and would drop back to 3rd when Lepage71 slipped by him short after. Efgordon started slipping back a bit after he got into the back of the Reefer Racing Coupe, dropping out of the top 5. Bear328 was leading the charge of the cars trying to move up from a starting spot near the back. Following the 28 car were KTIN3 and Haulinace007, who both started outside the top 8. By the midway point though, these three drivers were up battling for a top 4-5 spot. G ROCK & Dhib8 were fading back as these drivers moved up. After leading the first 32 laps, Viagra6car entered turn 3 on lap 33 outside LH8, trying to put him a lap down. LH's screen minimized at the worst possible time, as he would drive straight into the side of the 6 car. Lepage71 was getting closer to V6 just prior to this and would sneak by to take the lead. By lap 38 Reef caught and passed V6 for 2nd place, trying to run down the 71. Lepage71 had built up a lead of 4 seconds on car 511 though and would take a "disappointing" win, hoping to battle with the fast 6 car for the win. This is Lepage's first win of the season, almost a drought for him (lol). Reef would finish 2nd, after a great run all night. Viagra6car would hang onto 3rd just barely over Bear328. Haulinace007 started 10th and finished in 5th spot, seeming to be among the fastest cars on the track. Efgordon would manage to take 6th, just over 1 tenth of a second ahead of 9th place starting KTIN3. Remaining finishers were Dhib8 taking 8th in a quiet run, G ROCK in 9th in his 2nd race back this season, Crkfngr was just a bit off the pace throughout the night but took a top 10, and finally LH8 who had popup problems with his computer took 11th spot after being very fast in practice all week leading up to the race. Lepage71 has built up a 41 point lead on KTIN3 now as MP_Kansas is up next. Other points movers are Dhib8 (+1 to 5th), Reef (+1 to 7th), Viagra6car (+1 to 8th), Haulinace007 (+2 to 10th), and G ROCK (+1 to 14th). -Thrown together by Viagra6car |
