*KTIN3, Kyle4445, Che2, Crkfngr advance to Feature--Dhib8 does not because of rule violation*

GR8-1 started on the pole for the 2nd consecutive week Thursday night in the season finale at Pocono.  Che2 made his first Feature Race of the year (2nd attempt) and started outside of GR8 on the front row.
Che led lap 1 as all 11 cars were in the draft in a tight pack.  GR8-1 would lead lap 2, followed by Bear328 leading lap 3, getting the important 2 points as he tried to stay alive in the championship battle.  KTIN3 would lead lap 4, then GR8-1 became the first driver to lead consecutive laps of the race on laps 5 and 6.
Bear328 was nearly knocked out on lap 6 in turn 3, when he ended up on the outside of 3 wide racing next to Efgordon and Kyle4445.  Kyle tried to move lower and leave him room, but bounced off of Efgordon then back down into Bear, putting him into the wall.  Viagra6car dropped to the back though making sure he stayed in the draft.  Reef looked like a contender, without any ghosting problems, leading lap 7.  Bear went back to the lead on lap 8 as Che & Pitbull4 were the first cars to lose the draft.  Che was falling behind already when Pitbull hit the wall off turn 2, meaning they were done for the night as they finished 10th and 11th.
Efgordon would lead lap 9, getting his 2 important points in the championship race also as G ROCK & Reef were beginning to lose the draft.  G ROCK was just barely close enough to keep it, but Reef was not able to regain it and ended up finishing in 9th.  The Season 1 runner-up finished this season without a win.
Viagra6car would lead lap 10, then Lepage71 took his turn up front at lap 11, meaning all 3 points contenders got their 2 bonus points.  Laps 12-23 went like this:  GR8-1 leads lap 12 & 13, Efgordon 14-16, GR8-1 17, Bear328 18, Kyle4445 19, Efgordon 20, Kyle4445 21, Bear328 22 & 23.  On that 23rd lap, with less than 3 laps to go, KTIN3 lost the draft, bringing the pack size down to 7.
Efgordon worked his way to the front as the leaders took the white flag.  Beginning the final lap the positions were-Efgordon 1st, Kyle4445 2nd, Lepage71 3rd, GR8-1 4th, Bear328 5th, G ROCK 6th, Viagra6car 7th...meaning Efgordon & Lepage71 were tied for the points lead at the white flag.  Efgordon, Kyle4445, and Lepage71 set up the high draft line down the frontstretch, with GR8-1 and Bear328 making up the inside line.  Viagra6car made his move from the back of the pack with a huge run on his own into turn 1, getting inside of GR8-1 and Bear328.  GR8-1 did not see Viagra6car low and ran right on the grassline in turn 1, putting the #6 coupe into the grass.  Viagra6car did save it after getting his car "slideways" and bumping Bear328 just a bit.  Off turn 1 Bear nearly put Lepage into the wall, but everyone continued on without losing the draft.  Meanwhile for the win, GR8-1 darted to the inside of Kyle & Efgordon, but got no support and had to fall back in line in 3rd spot.  Coming off turn 3, the final turn, Kyle moved to the inside of Efgordon with help from GR8-1.  GR8 wasn't going to go for 2nd though and made it 3 wide for the win as Bear & V6 were side by side for 4th and Lepage & G ROCK were side by side for 6th.  As they got to the line, Kyle4445 was ahead by 0.065 seconds, exactly one carlength, the 20th lead change of the race.  GR8-1 crossed the line just 0.003 seconds ahead of Efgordon for 2nd.  Bear328 beat Viagra6car to the line for 4th, and G ROCK beat Lepage71 to the line by 0.050 seconds.

When the points were added up, Efgordon was declared the winner by just 5 pointsCongratulations to the Efer!!
Here are his thoughts on the championship season:
"I thank luck for putting me in the right place at the
right time, several times during the championship run.
It's a shame the season had to end, because I don't
think I will ever find a better bunch of sim racers to
compete with.  I am looking forward to continuing the
great fun next year and I hope everyone returns."
On the other end of it though, Lepage71 lost the championship by just 5 points.  His end of season thoughts:
"First of all, I would like to thank V6 and all of the LCHRL racers for providing an outstanding season. I did not think much of the tiny LCH cars until I started driving them at the beginning of Season II. After six wins and 241 laps led, this has to be considered a great season for the 71 team. After not even qualifying for the first race and missing two others during the season, I would not have expected to finish 2nd in points. Overall, this was a very good season!"
