Bear328 picked up his second win of the season on a crazy last lap sprint. KTIN3 had the lead at the white flag lap but got caught on the outside of a 3 wide with Lepage71 and Viagra6car, with Viagra6car taking the lead into turn 2. Reef would take the lead with help from Bear328 down the backstretch, but lost the lead off turn 4 to Bear328 who had help from Lepage71. Reef would finish 2nd in his 50th career start just 0.007 seconds ahead of the 71 car. Numerous drivers considered this the best race of the year so far, and you'd have to be there to believe it Next week is the new short track Ace Raceway with Lepage71 continuing to lead the points over Reef, Bear328, and Viagra6car by less than 100 markers. |
