2018 ARL All-Star Race Format & Information - May 11th @ 9pm ET

The 2018 ARL All-Star Race will be run on Friday, May 11th 2017 at 9pm ET. We will be running under Patch Cup Series race configuration, including the 2018 Platinum G3 Cup Series cars in Hardcore mode and 4x wear factor. Schedule 9:00pm ET - Official Practice Sessions Begin 9:15pm ET - All-Star Qualifier 9:45pm ET - All-Star Race All-Star Qualifier Requirements - Any driver, registered or not, who has not won a race in any ARL series can compete. - Winner and second place finisher advances to All-Star Race automatically, League Officials have the ability to advance other drivers based on overall turnout for both events and a fan vote to be determined following the completion of the All-Star Qualifier race. All-Star Qualifier Format - Standard in-game qualifying session for all drivers. - A possibility of cautions or no cautions pending availability during the race except for the segment caution. - Segment 1: 10 lap green flag session. - Segment 2: Remaining laps. All-Star Race Requirements - Race Winners in any ARL Race in any Series are automatically eligible to enter the race. - Advancing drivers from the All-Star Qualifier are allowed to enter the race. All-Star Race Format - Standard in-game qualifying session for pre-qualified drivers, none of the drivers advancing from the All-Star Qualifier are permitted to qualify. - A possibility of cautions or no cautions pending availability during the race except for the segment cautions. - Segment 1: Ends at the completion of lap 30. - Segment 2: Ends at the completion of lap 50. - Segment 3: Ends at the completion of lap 65. - Segment 4: Remaining 10 laps if possible. - Segment lengths have the potential to vary due to uncontrollable circumstances. - Cars between segments will have a standard lineup or inverted lineup restart based on randomness. Automatically Eligible Drivers Winners who do not have to compete in the qualifier There are currently 56 drivers pre-qualified, the list can be found here, only the top 56 drivers in the list.
