On January 4, the Truck Series traveled to Talladega for the third meeting of the 2019 campaign. As expected, the level of action and drama did not disappoint. Overcoming a party of pursuers, lepage71 drove to a convincing win through a speedy machine, leading four of 55 laps and edging viagra6trck by 0.0 seconds. En route to second-place, viagra6trck led 14 laps of his own to fuel a close competition for the hardware. In a fine bid, Bandit sped to the third finishing position, coming to the finish 0.1 seconds behind lepage71. A few paces back, Jes Rathbun and Speedyman11 were not to be forgotten either, registering fourth and fifth to wrap up the top-five. The victory, lepage71's second of the season, boosts his cusion over Speedyman11 in the standings to 23 points. In its next event, the Truck Series heads to Dover Downs in what promises to be another shootout.
