1.  Race's held @ 9:30 PM EST on Thursday nights.

2.  Each Tuesday an E-Mail will be sent out stating who will run the server and what the password will be for the server. Practices will NOT be handled by the league.

3.  All Races are to be run in Expert Mode, with Normal (1X) Wear Factor, and 15-25% race length (see schedule for length). Setups will identical at some tracks but at others they WILL be OPEN.

4.  NO SUB DRIVERS.

4a. Should a driver not be able to make a race they can be given last place points with a 1 point penalty for not starting, this will count as a DNF.

5.  If needed a restart with a pace lap will be issued as determined by League Officials.

5a. There will be a maximum of 2 restarts EVERY RACE.

6.  Points System: 25 Points for 1st place, -1 points each position following. 1 point for leading a lap, 1 point for leading most laps. Should a tie-breaker be needed at the end of the season, it will be jugged off of wins, top5's, top10's, then if needed DNF's and #of starts!

7a. Dangerous driving, or driving that could have been detrimental to other drivers or the track, will result in a 2 point penalty.

7b. Reckless driving, or driving that is detrimental to other drivers, will result in a 5 point penalty and executive decisions depending on how drastic the situation is.

7c. In pre-race practice or at anytime during the race, a driver can be asked to leave the server or the race immediately due to lag or reckless driving issues.

7d. In accordance to 7c should the driver not leave the track immediately the driver in question could be expelled from the league or suspended for a TBD number of races and the driver will loose all of his/her points.

7e. Should a driver take out another competitor from the race, he/she will be docked 2 points and is subject to other penalties.

8.  Blocking in not allowed until the final turn on the final lap on draft tracks.
Resulting in a 2 point penalty for every offence.

8a. NO passing under white line on draft tracks.
Resulting in a 2 point penalty for every offence.

8b. Should a 3 wide situation would arise on a draft track and an accident is caused from it you will be penalized 2 points for every offence.

8c. During racing on draft tracks, drivers must race above the middle of the track, going back to v6's old rule.

9. Language will not be permitted in any situation, this will be dealt with if it occurs again!
On 1st offence you will be suspended for one race, If a second offence occurs you will be docked all of your current points and suspended for 3 races, if this continues you will be banned from the league.
