2016 Dirtrax Dirt Series Captured by puttzracer

The 2016 Dirtrax Dirt Series is now complete, and the points championship has been captured by puttzracer of the TMS Wolfpack team, driving his #46 modified built by Razor Chassis. puttzracer assured his title win by winning in the season's last event at Eldora in a convincing fashion. Even though this was his only feature win throughout the season, his consistency led him to a seventeen point victory over KartRacer63 in the final standings. The manufacturer's title, a showing of a manufacturer's overall performance, goes to Larry Shaw Race Cars, with an average finish of 1.5. Their two drivers (Daveybird & KartRacer63) won seven of the season's ten races. The team championship, a showing of a team's overall performance, goes to NH Autosport with an average finish of 1.2. Their four drivers (BlackKnight, Donaldson, Grumpy & KartRacer63) won eight of the season's ten races. Final standings can be viewed here. Congratulations to this season's champions!
