Speedy Tops lepage and Rookie in 3-Way Battle at Bristol

On April 5, the Cup Series strolled into Bristol for the fourth stage of the 2019 campaign. What took place was an orchestrated, captivating ballet on the track. Defeating a flurry of contestants, Speedyman11 drove to a well-deserved win with the aid of patient techniques, leading 124 of 180 laps and outdistancing lepage71 by 1.1 seconds. En route to finishing second, lepage71 led 33 laps of his own to harbor a close battle for the trophy. In a fine effort, Rookiesrock claimed the third-place position, crossing the finish 2.8 seconds behind Speedyman11. A few paces back, d3efan and Jes Rathbun were not to be forgotten either, locking down fourth and fifth to fill out the top-five. The victory, Speedyman11's third of the season, strengthens his buffer over lepage71 in the standings to 12 points. In its next event, the Cup Series heads to Richmond in what promises to be another shootout.
