Speedyman11 Takes Round Two @ Dayton2

On July 27, the IROC Challenge thundered into Dayton2 for the second leg of the 2019 season. All that happened was one of the league's most exciting races. Holding off a bevy of contestants, Speedyman11 drove to a well-deserved win with the aid of patient techniques, leading 13 of 35 laps and trumping d3efan by 0.1 seconds. En route to finishing second, d3efan led seven laps of his own to fuel a daring battle for the trophy. In a fine effort, DusterLag sped to the third-place position, crossing the finish 0.1 seconds behind Speedyman11. No slowpokes, lepage71 and Grumpy were also significant factors, locking down fourth and fifth to fill out the top-five. The victory, Speedyman11's first of the season, closes his gap behind leader d3efan in the standings to 17 points. In its next event, the IROC Challenge heads to G3-Mid Ohio GA in what promises to be another shootout.
