The second race of LCH Dual Night #1 took place at ISM Raceway. The starting grid was set by inverted order of this evening's first race at Kentucky Speedway.
Air-Time started from pole and is credited with leading the first two laps. By lap 3 (the first complete green flag lap) it was DusterLag to the front. WingSideUp spent the early laps in 2nd before being passed by KartRacer63. After the first few laps, Speedyman11 and viagra6car teamed up in a draft and began slicing through the field. In the final laps a lap car broke the tandem up but Speedy continued his surge towards Duster. Through turns 3 and 4 Speedy cut it low and crept alongside DusterLag but fell short by 0.016 seconds. This win breaks up Speedy's perfect season after four points races. Behind DusterLag and Speedyman11 were Bandit, KartRacer63, and BlackKnight to complete the top 5.
Coming up next will be the first league event on the new Cereal Bowl track which features progressive banking up to 75 degrees.
