Heat Racing Series Renegades are Coming Back

As you walk up to the old barn door, you think back about what happened last season. Blown motors, buying Hammers cause the other ones wore out banging sheet metal back in place,.. leading the race only to be taken out by the guy you took out 4 races ago, and my personal favorite... having a fast car but not enough laps left cause you just HAD to get into it with another driver for cutting you off in the being of the race....now... its too late. But... as you open that old barn door and take the car cover off, and your looking at your T-Bird, your Nova, your Camaro, your Monte Carlo and that BIG EAR to EAR grin comes back,the car "Cranks" right up to a nice thunderous growl.......and you...suddenly develop a case of "Seasonal Amnesia".
Its time for the Heat Racing Series to turn and burn... the Renegades are back. The Renegades are races using the CDRSRen2011 mod. The cars can range from the 1960' to the 1980's 4 cyl to BIG block 8 cyl. Tracks will be no bigger that 3/4 mile ovals no road courses. We will be using Heat Races to determine qualifying positions, and "Cautions" will be in effect for every Heat and/Feature event. Practices will be held every Tuesday at or around 8 pm e.s.t until about 10 pm e.s.t in the Heat Racing Series server. Ventrilo is available and encouraged to use you don't need a microphone to hear the "Caution" come out. It is available at the bottom of the RULES section.

As far as 1/10/2012 we will be running on Wednesday at 9 p.m e.s.t. If that time is not good for you please post on the Renegade forum.
