Its seems like a lot of the Renegade drivers waited to the last minute to uncover there cars for the beginning of the 2nd running of the HEAT RACING SERIES RENEGADE races. Although the Concord race started late due to drivers not knowing the rules and/or understanding how the "Heats" work in the Renegade series. The racing was competitive and fun. Amazingly there wasn't as much "cautions" as I had thought. It seems like even though not a lot of drivers have been at practice all the drivers ran well. The man on a mission though would have to be CR49 he won the Concord the 2nd Heat then he won the Concord feature.But he wasn't done yet he went out and took 2nd in the first Heat at Derry just behind Patch, who would win the Derry race, he (CR49) would also come in 2nd in the Derry feature. WOW... that man was making a statement and the tone for the series! |
