New Racer/Paint question |

Hi everyone, I'm a new racer here. Just thought I'd pop in and introduce myself. I have no prior experience in online racing, so I hope that won't be an issue for you all. I'll do my best to stay out of the way. I'm hoping I'll be able to race in at least some of the cup races, if that is allowed for me to join at this point. I'm a college student. I may end up being busy on race nights sometimes, so you might not see me at every race. Again, I hope that you all won't mind a new face that will (likely) just be a backmarker for a little while. Also, just a question about paints. I know I can't upload my custom paint until I am "approved" (which, I believe, means starting in at least 1 league race if what I saw was correct in another thread). However, is it allowed for me to choose my custom paint in game in my first race, and everyone just won't be able to see it until I am able to upload it for my next race, or would I have to choose one of the paints that comes with the G3 2014 Cup carset in my first race? Welcome, be sure to show up 20 to 30 minutes prior to the next race you can make as this is when we approve new drivers - which basically mean we watch you run practice sessions. You basically got it right, for your first race you'll need to pick an in-game car. |

Great, thanks for the info. I won't be able to race until Richmond. One last rookie question. In order to be approved, do I basically need to show that I can handle the car and not wreck into walls every other turn, or is there also some kind of minimum pace that must be met? You got it, it's all about car control, not speed or lap time. |

Just wanted to pop back in to say thanks for the fun race at Richmond, you guys are a great bunch to race with. I'm looking forward to seeing you all out on the track again at Chicagoland in two weeks. Driver of the #46 TMS Wolfpack Chevrolet
