Going into 2013, are there any changes/new additions that you would like to see? Or keep everything the same the way it is now? Open to all/crazy ideas that you may want to offer so don't be afraid.

most leagues dont even have 10 drivers participate on a weekly basis which is why its limited to top 5's only, unless theres a majority that wants to see top 10's added in but i really dont see the point as most of the time your already guarenteed a top 10.

thats a good idea grumpy. I could easily add something like that in. Would be interesting to see at the end of the year which driver completed the most laps in which they ran in. The only big problem that would come is the drivers that get labeled with a DNF, the results wont show how many laps they completed before dropping out so i may not be able to add this in now that i think about it.

I also thinking about having a top 3's section added too for all podium finishers. Top 5's will still also remain.

i had a really crazy idea about having an actual ranking system for all drivers..kinda of like the college football BCS does it..you would earn a different amount of points based on the leagues you participate in and the size of the overall field and whatnot..but i doubt i could get people to agree which league should be ranked at what points so this is pretty much a no go. But it is something i would like to figure out a solution for at some point down the road. Maybe at the end of the year we could take like the top 8 ranked drivers or whatever and have a tournament but then again probabley half wouldnt even show up for it.

The DNF's actually would be pretty easy to figure out. I have numerous replays and I am sure others have replays laying around. Would take some time but it could be done. Would just need to get the replays. If you are interested in trying this let me know and I can help with that.

Not sure about the ranking system as I think some people would take offense if there league wasn't ranked higher.

exactley, we wouldnt be able to get anyone to compromise so its a no go at this point.

another thing about the dnf's would be if we just made some type of general rule if you dnf from the race (regaurdless of the reason) you only get counted for 1 lap completion or something along the lines of that..save hours of going through replays. I dont know i will put some thought into it.

One thing about DNF's, Sometimes people don't quit the game gets ended to soon. Some people don't like to wait. Anyways I am willing to help locate and review laps if needed.

How about DNF's themselves? Probably not a fan favorite, but an interesting one.

i've done dnf's before in the past for some leagues. It wasnt really popular as some drivers took offense to it and decided it was best to only have "good" stats listed and not "bad" ones lol.

I was in a league that he did the DNF's I might have or might not have taken offense to it. I know I led the stats in that also Some of my DNF's were just because I didn't cross the finish line in time. Ever since than I have done everything in my power not to get a DNF. That is mainly why you see me many laps down at some races because I dont want to quit. Also because I didn't like being on the top for that stat.

Hey guys...I don't know if this is an actual stat that u would want to keep track of, but,how about most consecutive races without having an accident.I don't think it would be too hard to keep track of. Or /and
most spectacular accident of the month (of course ,they would have to be nominated,or the crasher would have to submit his crash and then all crashes submitted gets put to a vote by either you guys or by a overall vote in a poll. Then at the end of the year, the 12 most spectacular crashes (ie:12 months) would be voted on to get the #1 most spectacular crash of the year?
Just an idea.Cause it sounds like your trying to find something to keep ya busy,I bet that will keep ya busy.lol

The problem with that is it would have to be current. I don't think there is anyway possible of going through all of the leagues replays.

Yeah you would have to quit your day job to monitor that.

As for the crash thing. That may be something mustang or duster want to add into their yearly awards thing. I think that would be a cool idea to have nominations and be able to vote on the best wreck of the year.
