Seems to be working here, you may want to update Adobe Flash.

https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Be sure to un-check the "optional offers" box.

Windows 8.1 64 bit. I am guessing I am using internet explorer 11. When I did the test at the link you provided it worked. I will send a screen shot to you so you can see what I am looking at.

Good news! I was finally able to find a computer that I can replicate the error on and it has been fixed! Thanks for letting us know and let us know if the issue is not fixed.

I've also seen it in Chrome on one machine but not in any other browser or in Chrome on another machine so I'm having trouble tracking down exactly how to fix this one. But I will continue to look into it.

Is there any kind of trend to how/when you see the error?

This one is an issue with our IRC Server provider, they have been notified but I do not know when it will be fixed. Refreshing will fix it, though sometimes you may need to refresh a few times.
