Notice of a rulebook change and full clarification regarding restarts and their requests. - Former Ruling V.D.1 - Restarts will only occur due to a grid or server issues. VIII.B.2 - False Restart Request - 1 Event Suspension 1) Is it a rule violation to "Request" a restart? No. 2) Is it a rule violation to "Request" and "Receive" a restart for a grid/server related issue? No. 3) Is it a rule violation to "Request" and "Receive" a restart for a wreck/damage or other issue? Yes. 4) Is it a rule violation to "Request" and "Not Receive" a restart for a wreck/damage or other issue? Yes. - New/Current Ruling V.D.1 - Restarts will only occur due to a grid or server issues.
