is anyone else having trouble getting to the provisional page on the ARL site? I click on the link, it wants me to log in, then it takes me to the home page. I click on it again, and then it takes me to the news page. every time I click on it, it takes me everywhere but there! Driver of the #2 Penske Racing Ford
