The ARL Racing Rulebook has been updated to version 2017 Revision L (Effective November 6, 2017). The primary change to note is pitting under segment cautions. To simplify this procedure for drivers and for reviews completed by ARL Officials we have made this change. This applies only to the caution conditions run between race segments (Segment Cautions). Once pit road is opened, pit road is automatically closed to a driver once the driver has passed pit road until a caution condition race restart occurs. This essentially means that pit road will only be open to drivers for a single lap (or a single pass). One opportunity to pit for every driver on the track without receiving a penalty.
