Daytona Qualifying Session & Qualifier Races Occur Friday Night - March 1st @ 9pm ET - To Set The Field For Saturday Night! The format will be as follows for this weekend... Friday, March 1st 9pm ET - Open Qualifying Session (Single laps to set front row and divide field into two groups) 9:10pm ET - Qualifier Race 1 (Odd Qualifying Drivers, Front Row Driver Must Compete To Maintain Position) 9:30pm ET - Qualifier Race 2 (Even Qualifying Drivers, Front Row Driver Must Compete To Maintain Position) Late drivers may join the rear of the field in qualifier race 2. Saturday, March 2nd 9pm ET - Daytona 130 @ G3-Daytona SP (Field Set By Friday Results) Drivers who do not take part in qualifying sessions on Friday may start in the back and will incur a penalty. << Edited on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at 11:02pm EST. >> |
