I would like an explanation about my Penalty. I was not informed last night about any. I was on the teamspeak until everyone left and not one admin said anything about a penalty on me ...I attacked no one nor did I provoke an argument or call anyone names |

I wasn't there, but my guess would be using foul language was probably the cause of the penalty. Driver of the #46 TMS Wolfpack Chevrolet

Correct
Foul language penalties are clear cut and while you can appeal them like any other penalty issued, it would never be overturned. We do have the recording if necessary. |

B. Drivers cannot make attacks of any kind, contribute to arguments or use foul / inappropriate language in the text or voice chatrooms. A 1 point and 1 second penalty will be issued for each violation..BUT CALLING ME CRASHBUN IS OK. We have penalized for the use of this word in the past, including last week. It is simply not permitted based on our rules and policies.
