Details please. Lap 55 penalty, how did I effect 3 drivers under caution? Lap 146, Bumping in the closing laps at martinsville is not allowed? Especially when the cars braked earlier than usual. Martinsville is a track of inches. Bumping is racing at short tracks. This penalty system needs more transparency. A notification should be sent by email when penalties are posted. If the same scrutiny used in this case was applied to Xfinity, there would be numerous additional penalties. |
