Just to let you guys know I updated the Xfinity series templates to 2017. So now there is the driver name on the back window along with updated Contingency's. Also the Mustang has new grilles and lights. |

I know we are now showing paints again in the paint gallery, but I just have to share this one here and add a little backstory. This car is going to be my throwback car for Darlington. Why is it a throwback? This paint goes all the way back to probably around 2008 or so for me, I had the old Papyrus NASCAR Racing 1999 game (which was basically NASCAR Racing 2 with an updated driver roster and schedule). I probably spent as much time painting and repainting cars with the in-game paint shop as I did racing. This was a paint I finally settled on for myself and ran it for a long time. The original sponsor was the fictional DeGunk Drain Cleaners (one of the fake sponsor decals that was available in the in game paint shop). I decided to bring the old paint back into Heat and use it as a throwback (with updated real sponsor, of course). Driver of the #46 TMS Wolfpack Chevrolet

Great story, and it brought back memories for me. The Papyrus NASCAR Racing game was the first racing game I ever played, my Dad and I had to go to his work to play it on his work computer after hours with a Joystick we bought just for the game. I wouldn't be here if not for getting the itch back then. I think I was 12 ish. |

puttzracer made a throwback paint, thought I would do the same. Here is a throwback to my 2005 NHRL Truck Series paint with teamCEM aka Cutting Edge Motorsports.
