The following has been added to the Cyber Leagues Rulebook regarding off track racing, this most relates to off track racing or cutting on many road courses that currently do not have automatic 2 second penalty traps. For example cutting the bus stop at Watkins Glen would no longer be permitted as prior permitted, also cutting through the new Sonoma's S-es are not permitted.

Should a driver cut the track with their vehicle with the intent to gain an advantage (speed, track time, lap time) - then they would be issued this penalty by officials unless it is already issued by the track (those with Heat's 2 Second Penalties, often refereed to as T or S tracks although many do not include that indication in the name any longer). There is no specific tire limit or number of times your allowed to do so, nor will this be added, it is simply no longer permitted to drive off track intentionally.

VI.B.11. Driving through off track areas to gain an advantage over other drivers is prohibited.

VIII.D.9. Off Track Driving VI.B.1, VI.B.2, VI.B.11 -2 Seconds per -2 Seconds per

I also want to make it clear that the Cyber Leagues Rulebook view an "apron" and "off track area" separately, as two distinct things. Therefore aprons are not a part of this rule and are not restricted, in the case of aprons the Re-Entry rule (VIII.D.4 - Reckless Re-Entry) would continue to apply.
