I'm not sure what your talking about. But I would like to remind everyone that we strongly encourage people to report incidents that occur that may warrant a penalty. We've specifically included this in the rule book and several drivers do this on a regular basis. It's been awhile since the last Las Vegas race so it may be too late but it couldn't hurt to make a report anyway.

We work hard to catch every incident possible, but on occasion the 4 of us will miss something during the review process. Remember we do this in our spare time for the benefit of all.

It's important to talk about problems and disagreements, either through reporting the review requests within a week, in private with 1 or all 4 of the League Officials, or even in the forum so as to ensure everyone understands expectations or consequences.

I have heard that you have been complaining about something we missed lately from a few different drivers, though no specifics. Perhaps that is why you pushed me around last week. But perhaps you can simply start a new topic with the issue that you are concerned about, even if it is too late, so that we can discuss it and make sure everyone understands what is or is not acceptable. Remember right now, we don't know what this "Do it at las vegas with many laps to go and no penalty" issue is about.

Even if it is too late, we would like to review the incident your talking about at Las Vegas if you can let us know who/when it happened, even roughly. Here or in an email. We've talked about it a few times and it certainly couldn't hurt for the clarification.

Also, don't forget you have the right to appeal penalties via two steps, first through the officials as a group and a second time via an independent person who does not race with us. In both instances a penalty can be upheld, altered or overturned. All 3 of these have occurred on a regular basis.

Standard penalties are handed out for incidents based on guidelines in the rulebook, but these have the possibility of being altered only through the appeal process.

For both this race and Las Vegas same reason. I got tired of being slammed into for not going down on the apron on front stretch, and being pushed up the track by people on apron. So here I pushed BK into grass on last lap out of T4. Vegas I just decided to turn back up the track into Don like everybody else had been doing all race.

It's also important to note that many racing penalties have two parts, one the actual event: such as reckless driving or reckless blocking, and two: performance loss: such as position, speed or time loss.

One note for LCHRL in 2017, we are going to re-implement the line rule which once was in place for all LCHRL races. The so called "restrictor plate passing" rule will be expanded to all LCHRL races. No passing will be permitted below the "apron" line. AKA like Daytona and Talladega for all other series.

What I did to don took him out of the draft by atleast 5+ seconds. I was expecting to get a penalty for that but not this one lol.

Also a note that I forgot to include in the update. First appeals continue a week from today because they were updated late.

On a side note, I don't care that I got the penalty just consistency would be nice. I would also need the same penalty for vegas in that case.
