Please find below the Cyber Leagues new All-Star event procedures... All-Star Qualifier - Any driver, registered or not, who has not won a race in any OWAction Series can compete - Drivers are allowed to qualify during the qualifying session - Winner and second place advances to All-Star Race automatically, league officials have the ability to advance other drivers based on overall turnout for both events All-Star Race - Race Winners in any OWAction Race in any Series are automatically eligible to enter the race - Advancing drivers from the All-Star Qualifier are allowed to enter the race - Race Winners in any OWAction Race in any Series are allowed to qualify during the qualifying session - Advancing drivers from the All-Star Qualifier are not allowed to qualify during the qualifying session - Competition Caution at the mid-way point |
