1. If your going to have a race, and you have a link set up for downloading the track, don't you think that you might want to test that link to make sure that it actually works? (link to G3-BristolBW_SP does not work)
2. An explanation posted giving directions to drivers on renaming a track (like G3-BristolBW_SP, which
installs the track as "Bristol.trk" , overwriting the original Bristol that was installed from the Nascar Heat Original CD.)
3.It makes more sense to have the installer fixed so that it installs it as G3-BristolBW_SP.
4.When u have only 4-5 drivers show up for an event, and 1 of them is doing all this to be able to race, and even though that person is installing it correctly 5 x +, but lobby is incorrectly showing "Allstar", You would
think that whom ever is in charge would attempt to help figure out why or/and wait for that individual to return to the lobby ,before blowing him off and just starting the event!
5.Why do you pick a track for an event that needs configuration ,with no explanation ,included with announcement, rather than pick a version that needs no configuring?Makes complete sense to me,NOT!

Bristol and Darlington track files have been this way for years Breeze. There is no difference from every other time leagues have used these tracks. You have been talked thru this before at HMS. Why do you always lash out blaming everybody else for your issues. Calm down.

Breeze, you do realize the schedule for this was posted months in advance right? Also i gave you an additional 20 mins as we didnt start till 9:20..and there was a reminder posted this week about it and earlier today. Not much more anyone can do if you choose to wait 20 mins past the race start time to try and figure your issues out.

Also i believe i tried to help you, you asked me what the track was labeled as and i told you, then you contined to go in and out of the server typing in "wtf"..you didnt even request that we wait for you but i waited for you anyway on 3 seperate occasions when you came in and left.. The last thing you said made me believe you gave up so we started..

When G3-BristolBW was released it was explained that TMS members would need to backup there original Bristol track prior to downloading G3-BristolBW

Like at release time, and also has been explained dozen of times to users. The reason G3-BristolBW_SP has to be named Bristol.trk is because it would screw up the dual pitting at the track. Try it for yourself and you will see what I'm talking about. This also has been explained countless times out at TMS.

I can't really answer #5 I'm not the leagues administrator. But I do know, that when we release tracks at TMS if they are scratch built tracks, conversions and or original tracks updated, we go the extra mile to explain to our members about installing things and creating backup prior to installing. You will find this in all the release ops of new tracks/add ons or updates..

Cheers,
Dave
