Hey all, 2020 has just begun and the Modifieds series will be returning in 2020 and the mod will be voted on by the ARL community. No matter which mod is selected, the series will consist of an 8 race season, playoff reset for the top 5 in the standings for the finale, about 20 minutes in length, Expert Mode, 1x Wear Factor, No Cautions, No Segments, Open Setups (with a base on the schedule page), mainly short tracks, and be on Saturdays at 9pm EDT. The season opener will most likely be in the beginning of April and the season finale will be around the beginning of June. The mod with the most votes will be selected to be run. This poll will close on February 23rd, 2020. May the best mod for the Modifieds series win! Comments and suggestions are always welcome. Cheers! - Bandit

Why not run both? Mix and match throughout season. Just my opinion. Love that there's no segments, no cautions and 1x wear! Hoping only non-short track is Martinsville, Dover, or NHIS and only one at that. These cars belong on the short tracks! << Edited on Monday, February 10, 2020 at 4:44pm EST. >> "Keep It Wing Side Up & Wheels to the Ground!"

Dover will not be returning on the schedule after severe tire problems at last year's Dover race. Though Martinsville is considered a short track, it should make for a good finale. - Bandit

If we do vintage modified, a dirt track or two should be on the schedule. Driver of the #46 TMS Wolfpack Chevrolet

Now that Puttz says that, I agree. I could even go with a dirt mile like Indiana State Fairgrounds or The Moody Mile, but probably should stick to 1/2 miles or smaller on dirt. "Keep It Wing Side Up & Wheels to the Ground!"
