We have updated the league rulebook to version 2020 Revision E.

The changes include...

(CHANGE)

Current - VII.B - Drivers are encouraged to request a review of a specific incident by ARL Officials within one week of an event's completion. Review Requests should be submitted via the “Penalty Appeal / Review” section on the ARL Racing website.

New - VII.B - Drivers are encouraged to request a review of a specific incident by ARL Officials within one week of an event's completion. Review Requests should be submitted via a new Support Ticket on the ARL Racing website and selecting the "Review Request" category.

--

(NEW) VII.C.4 - Event Suspension and Rear Grid Start penalties apply to the next scheduled event following penalty announcement within the same series they are issued in unless the series does not have any additional schedule events at which point the penalty would apply to another active series next scheduled event where driver is active as determined by ARL Officials. Appeals on these penalties must be submitted at least 1 hour before the start of the scheduled event start time to which they apply, if this is within the appeal window, in order for the penalty to be moved to the next scheduled event as detailed above.

(CHANGE)

Current - VII.D - Multiple violations can result in increased base penalties, disqualification, probation, suspension or ARL ban at
the discretion of ARL Officials. ARL Officials reserve the right to implement penalties to drivers violating ARL
procedures and/or conduct at their discretion.

New - VII.D - Multiple violations can result in increased base penalties, disqualification, probation, suspension or ARL ban at
the discretion of ARL Officials. ARL Officials reserve the right to implement penalties to drivers violating ARL
procedures and/or conduct at their discretion. All penalty options will be considered for Actions Detrimental to ARL violations.

Essentially adding the V.F enforcement piece to also cover this section.

(NEW) VII.C.5 - Penalty Appeals must be submitted via a new Support Ticket on the ARL Racing website and selecting the "Penalty Appeal" category.
