Hi! I am looking for as many short track ovals of quarter mile and even one fifth mile sizes to test for the online racing league I am part of. Any hidden gems would be welcome. We don't use pits so it's fine if they don't work or absent.

A lot of the Mike Jackson Paved, DRT, and PST tracks are short ovals of 1/4-1/3.
We run LaPorte 2 and LaPorte 2_Day which are pretty old tracks from the early days of Heat modding for our season opener every year (both paved-just day/night versions)
Hickory iin all forms is a tough joint, but especially a blast with the ARL Legends series
Speedy has done some good ones here lately - we dig Orange County although it's a 3/8ths and you're looking for smaller.
I've run Baugo Flats and that's a tough joint especially in our cars, but there's a derby there this weekend you might check out.

www.TheModSquad.info has all of the tracks listed above.
HeatFinder's stats page should give you some info on track sizes, ( Duster can point you in that direction) and the NHRL site is a wealth of info as well.
SUPRS Track Records Page has listings for track sizes and track records for supermodifieds.

Hope that helps. Love the short tracks!

Thanks for your feedback. We are looking at Bowans Gray but the pits do present a problem as we are a contact series, some drivers may (no, will) get tactically shoved towards the pits and then have to drive the pits to rejoin. Our races are short 13 lap heats, 25 lap finals and 13 lap helter skelter / grand national. So we will have a typical event of 3 heats (everyone racing at least twice), 1 final (top 20) and up to two grand nationals / helter skelters. An example of the real racing is here:

While the Buffalo track maybe fictional there are two tracks functional in the Buffalo area: Holland Speedway (would be nice to see a HEAT version of that) and Lancaster Speedway (both have had name changes recently). I also did find old racing footage from the 1950's inside Buffalo itself at the Civic Stadium:

There's well over a thousand tracks out there, a ton of them are listed on the TMS Tracks page..
http://tracks.themodsquad.info/

And another ton on FFS Racing..

True it can be tough to find which ones can be appreciate for your series, but I have no doubt there are an overwhelming amount of options for you out there.
