Donaldson Starts Last & Conserves Fuel To Capture EagleKeeper Atlanta 140 Victory

Donaldson suffered a disconnect as the qualifying session began Saturday night but that wouldn't stop his fuel conservation pit strategy from handing him the victory. Donaldson was not only the fastest driver of the night but he was able to make one less pit stop than the rest of the field driving his #5 TMS Wolfpack Pepsi MAX Chevrolet on his way to capturing the EagleKeeper Atlanta 140 victory. Speedyman11 picked up the pole award and led the most laps, in the closing laps he cut Donaldson's lead down to just two tenths and finished second. KartRacer63 followed in third with Grumpy fourth and ltfireman1604 fifth.

After race two of the 2015 Championship Speedyman11 moves into the lead by two points over KartRacer63 while GTSVip9 drops to third. Thirteen drivers are within twenty-three points of the lead. NH Autosport and TMS Wolfpack sit tied for the team championship lead. Chevrolet picks up a win to tie the manufacturer championship lead with Ford who won the Daytona 200 season opener last week.
