The ARL Cup Series was in Las Vegas Saturday night for the AlaRedBone Vegas 120 and the TMS Wolfpack teams were on top of their game. Speedyman11 in his #11 Chevrolet captured the pole with a 32.145 second lap during the 10 minute open qualifying session. Fellow teammate ltfireman1604 started second in his #87 Mountain Dew Chevrolet.
Speedyman11 led 74 of the 80 laps on his way to a dominating performance and victory but it was not unchallenged. GTSVip9 kept the pressure on throughout the night, finishing second in his #91 Fusion and picking up the fastest lap award. ltfireman1604 finished third after a race long battle with DusterLag who followed in fourth after starting tenth and earning the Hard Charger Award. puttzracer performed well and finished fifth in his #46 Cheez-It Chevrolet.
Three races are down in the 2015 Championship Season and Speedyman11 moves to an eight point lead over GTSVip9 while KartRacer63 drops from second to fifth. TMS Wolfpack leads the team championship by four points over NH Autosport. Chevrolet picks up their second win to lead the manufacturer championship lead with Ford second.
