Speedyman11 Laps Entire Field at the Osteo Bristol 99


Saturday night belonged to Speedyman11 who began the night by capturing the pole award by six hundredths of a second over GTSVip9. Throughout the night Speedyman11 picked up the fastest lap award with a 15.077 second lap and the most laps led award after leading 177 of the 186 laps. GTSVip9 and DusterLag finished second and third both one lap down. The hard charger award went to DusterLag who picked up four positions while chasing down GTSVip9. Fordly56 made a strong fourth place finish after missing his pit stall on the first round stops while puttzracer finished not too far behind in fifth. Of note Donaldson, BillyGood and KartRacer63 all missed the event, all three of these drivers are strong top twelve championship contenders and this will surely put them behind as we approach the first reset in sixteen more races.

After race six Speedyman11 moves back into the driver championship lead by four points over GTSVip9. DusterLag sits sixteen points back in third with ltfireman1604 twenty-eight points back in fourth. With sixteen races to go before the first championship reset JessRathbun and Donaldson both sit outside by twenty-eight and thirty points respectively. NH Autosport holds their lead over TMS Wolfpack in the team championship by six points. Meanwhile Chevrolet captures their fifth win of the season - leading the manufacturer championship by four wins over Ford with one.

But up first, on Sunday, drivers take to the Sports Car Showcase at Long Beach, April 19th, at approximately 9:45pm Eastern US following The Mod Squad VTA Series event.
