Speedyman11 Dominates bover907 Pocono 130

Speedyman11 dominated the bover907 Pocono 130 Saturday night in his #11 Black Chevrolet after capturing the pole award during group qualifying, the fastest lap award and leading 49 of the 52 laps at Pocono Speedway. Speedy captured the win by a 41.140 second margin over DusterLag who started and finished second. Rookiesrock struggled early but made a great recovery and worked his way back to the front. KartRacer63 finished fourth and ltfireman1604 rounded out the top five.

puttzracer has been struggling on pit road and had this to say after the race... "Yet another mistake in the pits this week [and] this one really cost me. I had a strong Chick-fil-A Chevy tonight and could have had a top five if it weren't for a speeding penalty ... Congrats to my teammate Speedy, he ran a heck of a race tonight. We'll come back strong next week at Michigan." puttz finished seventh overall.

After missing a gear at the start, Fordly56 struggled to finish ninth after starting sixth. He had this to say post-race... "Before the start I was playing with tires and wedge and wasn't paying attention, so when the flag dropped I missed a shift and started in third gear. That got me behind by a bunch right from the start and in a fuel race like this once you get behind you stay behind! ... Oh well, can't blame anyone but myself for that one! We learn as we go, right?"

We're a third of the way through the 29 race season and Speedyman11 continues to lead the driver championship. Speedy lead jumps from thirty-three to thirty-eight points over DusterLag as ltfireman1604 sits forty-one points back in third. GTSVip9 drops from tenth to eleventh as Donaldson moves into the top twelve. Twelve races remain before the first championship reset. TMS Wolfpack increases their team championship lead to seventeen points over NH Autosport. Chevrolet picks up win number nine this season and continues their dominance, they lead the manufacturer championship over Ford with just one win.
