Rookiesrock picked up his first win of the 2015 season Saturday night at the sly1 Michigan 130 in the #48 Lowe's Chevrolet. Rookie led twenty-nine laps, the most of of any driver, during the sixty-five lap event beating out Speedyman11 and Donaldson with a 19.958 second margin. Rookie started the race seventh.
Speedyman11 started the race thirteenth and earned the hard charger award while working his way to finish second. Donaldson finished third after starting twelfth and captured the fastest lap award. BillyGood and puttzracer finished fourth and fifth. Fordly56 edged out Redimuss to capture the pole award be just one thousandth of a second with a 37.439 second lap but struggled during the race and finished seventh.
Speedyman11 continues to increase his lead in the driver championship over DusterLag, now up to forty-four points. Eleven races remain before the first championship reset. TMS Wolfpack increases their team championship lead to twenty-three points over NH Autosport. Chevrolet picks up win ten and continues their dominance, they lead the manufacturer championship over Ford with just one win.
