Breeze Wins Second Appeal, Replaces BillyGood In Reset Round 2

INTERNET, WWW --- Following the Cup Series New Hampshire race on October 3rd, Breeze received a four point and two second reckless driving penalty. Breeze quickly filed for an appeal by the League Officials at which point the penalty was cut in half - down to a two point and one second reckless blocking penalty. Breeze quickly filed a second appeal by the League Director. Once an incident reaches a second appeal; the League Director has fill ability to increase, decrease or overturn penalties and/or consequences at will. Breeze's appeal was successfully this time around as the League Director overturned all penalties related to the Lap 10 incident, handing Breeze two critical championship points back.

As a result of Breeze's penalty being overturned and the tight championship field before Reset Round 2 began, Breeze now earns a spot in Round 2 while BillyGood, who had originally made the field following the Charlotte race, drops out. Breeze edged BillyGood out by just one point to make the top six for Round 2.
