THANK YOU to our patrons who pledged their support to us during February! Thanks to your support, HeatFinder can continue to grow! Current funding appears to be strong but we still have a lot to do. We would like to provide improved race replays and live streaming in addition to awards in the form of trophy for our league's driver champions. We continue to face rising monthly and yearly expenses for our servers. Here are some things that happened at HeatFinder during February... - OWAction Re-launched with new league and series logos and a great year of racing planned. (Read full release) - Jess Rathbun and HLTV: Heat Live TV began live streaming and contributing Heat Community races with commentary. HLTV's current streaming plan is to live broadcast HMS, NHRL, ARL Patch Cup Series and ARL T-Bone National Series races. (Watch HLTV Replays) - 2016 OWAction IndyLights Series schedule was announced and kicked off on February 24th. (Read full release) - 2016 ARL Patch Cup and T-Bone National Series' kicked off with Daytona Speedweeks and two weeks of racing! (Read about all ARL racing) - Rookiesrock edged out Speedyman11 in a record setting 0.000 margin finish at the annual 2016 NHCS Stars Pole Shootout, Rookiesrock picked up another victory the next day - holding off Speedyman11 again to win the annual NHCS Stars All-Star Race. Here is what you have to look forward to in March... - 2016 TourSport Lucky Touring Series and schedule announcement - More live streamed community events and race replays We are also looking for community members to join the HeatFinder team as Writers, Editors, League Officials, Series Directors and League Moderators, are you interested in any of these roles? We are asking for your support through pledges, we have several goals setup on our Patreon page that begin with funding our monthly expenses. We are collecting pledges through a great service called Patreon at patreon.com. With Patreon you control how and when your pledge is made, you can adjust your pledge or remove your pledge at any time. Patreon is a crowdfunding company founded in 2013 in San Fransisco by Jack Conte from Pomplamoose of YouTube fame and is often used by Podcasters, Musicians and Artists to support their creations. Think of it like an ongoing Kickstarter but instead of funding a single project with a single goal and single payout you are pledging an ongoing amount per month (as little as $1). This pledge can be adjusted or removed at any time. If you want to make a one time donation simply pledge for a month and remove your pledge after your account has been charged for that month a few days after the beginning of the month.
