Speedyman11 Wins Las Vegas 130, 3rd Consecutive Victory This Season

Qualifying kicked off at 10:30pm ET with Donaldson taking the pole early in the 10 minutes open session, running a 31.311 second lap, but he did not keep it long. By the 5 minute mark Speedyman11 had moved into the pole position with a 30.942 thanks to drafting help from fellow team member Rookiesrock. With just two minutes remaining in the session Rookiesrock ran his fastest lap, a 30.797 second lap, a time that clinched him the pole award. With Rookiesrock on the pole and Speedyman11 outside the race went green for the 86 lap event. Rookiesrock led the opening 20 laps in his #48 Lowe's TMS Wolfpack Chevrolet, relinquishing the lead for his TMS Wolfpack teammate Speedyman11 in the #11 Chevrolet on lap 21. Redimuss retired from the race on lap 18. Green flag pit stops began on lap 30, after stops cycled through Speedy picked up a 5 second lead over Rookie. The second round of green flag pit stops began on lap 58 and ended with no position changes. After stops cycled Speedy's increased his lead to 15 seconds over Rookie. The race turned out to be a fairly peaceful one, going green throughout the night with no cautions called. Speedyman11 worked his way to a 23 second lead over Rookiesrock at the checkered flag and put the rest of the field one or more laps down. Speedy also earned the fastest lap award (30.936), most laps led award (65) and has won all 3 races this season. Rookiesrock finished second with Donaldson, Breeze and ltfireman1604 rounding the top five. ltfireman1604 came home with the hard charger award after starting eigth while KartRacer63 struggled with connection issues on the grid and had to come home with a 10th place DNS after qualifying third, reluctantly taking home the headache award.
