The ARL Smoke Sports Series rolled into New York for the Hour of the Glen Sunday evening, the series' first night race. Speedyman11 sat on the pole with a qualifying lap of 64.685 with BlackKnight starting second. Speedy took command of the race from the start, leading all 48 laps of the event. Redimuss made an impressive run from the rear to finish in the third position. BlackKnight fell from his second place starting position to finish in the fifth position, five laps down, after a couple of spins and brushes with the wall. ltfireman1604 and Breeze rounded out the top five.
The next stop for the Smoke Sports Series will be at Mosport for the Grand Prix of Canada on Sunday, July 10th at 9pm ET.
