The ARL GR8-1 Truck Series rolled into Martinsville Wednesday night for the Paper Clip 125. puttzracer took the pole with fast lap of 20.281 while Rookiesrock started on the outside pole. The field remained close together at the beginning of the race with Rookie leading. The race saw five lead changes between five drivers. Speedyman11 was credited with the most laps led (103). The win is Speedy's second of the season so far and gives him a 10 point lead over ltfireman1604 in the driver championship, ltfireman is second in the points thus far. The top 5 finishers at Martinsville are: Speedyman11, puttzracer, Fordly56, ltfireman1604 and Rookiesrock.
The GR8-1 Truck Series will be at Kansas Speedway for the Mid West Run 75 on Wednesday, July 27th. Kansas is a 1.5 mile paved speedway. Qualifying starts at 8:30pm ET immediately followed by the race.
