KartRacer63 Wins Wilkesboro Classic 140

KartRacer63 captured his first win of the 2017 Patch Cup Season Saturday night, ending Speedyman11's six race winning streak. Kart led 131 of 140 laps in the #63 NH Autosport Chevrolet. BlackKnight finished the race second. Rookiesrock started on the pole with a 19.792 second lap and earned the fastest lap award with a 19.834 second lap. Unfortunately Rookie clipped the apron on the final lap running in second position and finished the race third. JRich ended the night fourth with Breeze in fifth. After missing the race entirely, Speedyman11 remains the driver championship leader but his lead drops from 47 to 21 points over ltfireman1604 who remains in second. BlackKnight remains in third, 39 points from the leader. 15 races remain before the first reset when the top 12 drivers will move into championship reset round 1. TMS Wolfpack continues to increase their point lead in the team championship from 47 to 54 points over affiliate TMS Wolfpack II while NH Autosport: Team Black remains in third, 59 points behind the leader. Chevrolet continues to lead the manufacturer championship with all eight wins in 2017. Ford and Toyota have yet to earn a victory.
