Speedyman11 dominated Saturday night's ARL Patch Cup Series event at the Daytona Road Course. The win was #15 of the 2020 season for Speedy's #11 TMS Wolfpack Chevrolet. Speedy set a new track record fastest lap of 1:42.349 and led 23 of 28 laps. Rookiesrock finished second with GTSVip9 in third and DusterLag in fourth. Bandit captured the pole award but also picked up the Headache Award on his way to a fifth place finish. Only one race remains in the regular season and the top 10 drivers are statistically locked in for the first playoff round. Speedyman11, Rookiesrock, Bandit, DusterLag, BlackKnight, Grumpy, CR49, viagra6car, lepage71 and Redimuss will be competing for the championship in round 1. Drivers head back to Daytona International Speedway for their second championship visit at the 2.5 mile oval on Saturday, September 5th. View complete results here. |
