Well.. What can we say? But ..Martinsville was Martinsville. The race was scheduled for 125 laps and according to my results all but one driver finished on the lead lap. Donaldson got the pole for the second time this season. It looks like the five car is going to be tough to beat. The field got off to a late start but the drivers were ready. After the field was set the horses were released. It didn't take long for Donaldson to take control over the field and looked very stout all race long. Patch would lead for 10 laps and bring his car home in second position. Dracin would lead for 18 circuits and have the second fastest lap of the day running a 19.464 to Donaldson's 19.193. The top three drivers would end the race within 7.6 second of each other due to a green flag run. T-Bone and Cracin would also have good finishes, they would round out the top five drivers each leading for a few laps. BlackKnight would also lead for three laps. The racing is getting a lot smoother and the competition is getting better all but one car end the race on the lead lap. Great Job Drivers. The next Hardcore Motorsports event is scheduled for 67 laps at Miami SP on 3/26. Good Luck Racers. |
