Patch squeezed past Donaldson in the closing laps Friday night to capture victory at Darlington. DusterLag kicked off the night by winning the Heat race and starting on the pole for the feature but it was Patch and Donaldson battling to the end in the closing laps of the feature. Donaldson led the most laps, while Breeze pulled the fastest lap award. BlackKnight, DusterLag and Breeze round out the top five. Donaldson pulls one point ahead of DusterLag to take the driver championship lead as Patch moves into third over Spike. DusterLag managed to hold the paved championship lead over Donaldson.
