JB0007 Wins 2014 LCHRL All-Star Race, PTC_Legend Returns from Retirement to Finish Second

JB0007 captured his first LCHRL victory Friday night at the 2014 LCHRL All-Star Race after advancing from the All-Star Qualifier. Patch captured the pole award by over a tenth but missed a gear on the start. Spike kicked things off with a good jump - leading all 18 laps of the opening segment however a field inversion (based on random draw) during the competition caution placed him last for the restart. Spike, along with several anxious drivers, suffered with just a few laps remaining from contact with other drivers - ultimately Spike retired early after heavy damage. JB0007 made his return to the LCHRL with his first start since early 2012 - holding off strong drivers and avoiding contact as he drove to victory lane. PTC_Legend came out of retirement and ran fast throughout the night, ultimately finishing second alongside JB0007.
