DusterLag and Patch battled throughout the Cup Series event Saturday night at G3-Miami SP. The battle was between pit strategy (DusterLag) and pure speed (Patch), in the end DusterLag managed to hold back a strong and charging Patch for the final 10 laps and capture his first victory of the season. Donaldson decreased his lead in the driver championship to thirty-nine points over DusterLag and one-hundred-five points over Grumpy - this likely maintains Donaldson's capture of the driver championship.
