Breeze captured victory in the first dirt track the ARL has sanctioned an event at. DuQuoin AR proved exciting and challenging Saturday night as drivers would find a battle around every corner throughout the field. Breeze had the speed after capturing the pole award with a 29.769 lap time he quickly ran the fastest lap of the race en-route to leading the most laps and checkered flag. Donaldson increase his points lead in the driver championship to one-hundred forty-five over DusterLag. UPDATE: During post-race reviews it was discovered that Breeze was driving an unapproved car model, as a result he has been disqualified from the event at DuQuoin AR. Breeze's victory has been striped and he will not receive points for the event. Drivers must only use the vehicles (models) included as part of a mod, add-on and/or carset being run by a series. Breeze was found to be in a COT Platinum G2 2010 Cup Add-On vehicle. |
