2012 Cup Series Champion Donaldson captured his fourteenth career series win Saturday night during the Speedweeks Finale at G3-Daytona SP. After fifteen drivers raced at Daytona across eight days in two exhibition events, one qualifying session and two qualifier races only one would come out on top at the first points event of the season - the Daytona 130 Champion Donaldson. With unconditional support from JB0007, Donaldson was able to lead fifty of fifty-two laps and keep his car clean for all 130 miles over 43 minutes. As expected Donaldson comes out leading the driver championship by five points over JB0007. The team championship begins with a tie between Twisted Metal (Donaldson & Patch) and Cyber Racing (DusterLag & Grumpy) while Team Speed Brigade (blackknight & T-bone) trail in third.
