Toward27 took the pole award and looked strong but when Grumpy took the lead on lap 3 of the 2013 All-Star Qualifier there was no looking back. Grumpy drove his #10 to victory lane and into the 2013 All-Star Race. Grumpy, blackknight, lapracing and Spike advanced to the All-Star race based on their finishes. With only two All-Star drivers making an appearance at the track, those advancing from the Qualifier looked to have a serious shot at victory. Unfortunately Patch closed the door at the start after capturing the pole and at the restart following the competition caution as he would lead all 45 laps in total domination to capture the 2013 Arcade Racing League All-Star Race victory. The Qualifier winner, Grumpy, pulled off a second place finish just 1.8 seconds behind and also managed to squeeze off the fastest lap of the race.
