Donaldson swept up his seventh points victory in eight races this season after capturing his fourth pole at G3-Darlington SP. Toward27 looked strong early after passing Donaldson on the outside and leading fourteen laps but a pitting mistake left him struggling to catch back up. Donaldson would go on to lead 69 of 86 laps in his #5 Great Clips Chevrolet. GTSVip9 ran the fastest lap of the race by more than two tenths - driving to a second place finish. Grumpy, Toward27 and Patch wrap up the top five. Donaldson continues to run away with the championship after DusterLag missed the event, Donaldson's lead increases to twenty-three points while Patch trails forty-two. Ryano! moves up to thirteenth after his second start now only twenty-seven out of tenth, chasing for the reset.
